A really clever pop-up book that designer Gerard Lo Monaco has created for train fans. As well as a pop-up it's also a pull-out creating a frieze 180 centimeters wide displaying the four pictures. Ideal to display if you have the space. Each picture is made up of four levels with the New York one particularly clever with the old El in the front so you can look through and under the elevated sections to the building in the background. The last picture is either a French train or a Japanese bullet train, again it has girders that create spaces to look through to the rest of a station. I was surprised at the cost of the book but luckily copies can be picked up on the net for much less than the original price.
